McDonnell holds a portfolio of precious and base metals focused exploration and development projects in Nigeria.

McDonnell principal asset is its 70% interest in Tin, Wolframite and Lithium concentrates located in Kwara state, Nigeria which is being advanced under an unincorporated joint venture between McDonnell USA (Gh) and Paragon Wonder International.

McDonnell’s exploration strategy is anchored around the utilisation of advanced technologies and techniques to identify, rank, and develop targets effectively, safely, and efficiently in a manner that respects the environmental and cultural integrity of the land.

In September 2024, trial mining will explore high-grade hard-rock potential, supported by a life-of-mine study. A two-stage scoping study will review resources and assess social, environmental, and financial factors. Income will fund further exploration and a spodumene processing plant by 2029.
